When a person uses any anchor link in their writing, search engines may follow it and consider it as a backlink or a vote for the linked website. Actually, there are multiple tools that you can use to determine whether a link is DoFollow or NoFollow. In order to determine if a blog or website allows DoFollow links, you need to check some of the links of that website using some online DoFollow link checker tools. You go to the website for which you want to check the blog contents being dofollow or nofollow. There you will see the names of all the approved bloggers, right click on the name of that bloggers, you will see a pop-up menu coming with lots of option for check, click on “Inspect Element”. The screen will get divided and a separate screen showing the selection source will come. See the highlighted lines, there, you will be able to see whether the blog post is dofollow or nofollow.
